Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, or if any suspicious activity is detected, users may be required to submit identity documents (NID/Passport) and proof of address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the KYC process is fully completed.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Cancellation Conditions

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts.
• Evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements.
• Collecting bonuses by exploiting a system error or bug.

• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Hacking or tampering with the platform's systems or software.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Wz2 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, though such action is typically taken when there is evidence of a terms violation.

Closed by User

You may close your account at any time. Before doing so, it is important to withdraw any valid balance remaining in your account. Bonus balances will expire upon account closure.

Bonus balances in accounts closed for terms violations will be forfeited. However, verifiable personal deposits may be refunded, provided the account is not linked to money laundering or fraud.
